General Terms and Conditions for all services offered by Future of Work GmbH (FoW)
- Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions govern all interactions related to the educational and training programs offered by Future of Work GmbH ("FoW"), including the use of our website and participation in courses. Registration and participation in any program indicate acceptance of these terms. - Programs & services offered
FoW provides a range of educational programs, including webinars, live events, and personalized training sessions. Details for each program, such as duration, content, and delivery method, will be provided upon registration. - Provider Information

- User Responsibilities
Participants must comply with all applicable local and international laws, in addition to maintaining constructive cooperation and active engagement in programs. Disruptive behavior, which includes but is not limited to harassment, cheating, or any other activities that disrupt the learning environment, may lead to suspension or termination of access, with all contractual obligations remaining enforceable. - Intellectual Property
All program materials are owned by FoW. Participants are granted a non-commercial, personal use license. Redistribution or the creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited. - Pricing and Payment
Prices are binding as communicated by FoW and exclusive of VAT. Participants are responsible for any taxes and additional fees that may apply. - Refunds and Cancellation
Participants wishing to cancel must notify FoW in writing at [email protected], stating the course and start date. The following cancellation fees apply: - More than four weeks before the start: No charge.
- Two to four weeks before the start: 50% cancellation fee, one-time free modification.
- Less than two weeks before the start: 80% cancellation fee, 10% modification fee.
If FoW makes significant changes to the program, participants will be notified promptly and will have the option to either accept the changes, transfer to another program, or receive a full refund.
- Data Protection
FoW commits to protecting participant privacy in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. - Limitation of Liability
FoW is liable only for direct damages caused by its proven fault. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages. - Modifications to Terms
Changes to these terms and program content will be published on www.future-of-work.ch. Participants are encouraged to review periodically. Such changes will take effect 14 days after being posted on the website. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Both parties aim to resolve any disputes amicably; however, if litigation is necessary, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Baar, Switzerland. - Access to Course Materials
Participants will have access to course materials for four weeks after the completion of the program. These materials remain the intellectual property of FoW. - Certification
FoW issues certificates of completion to participants who successfully meet the program's criteria. These certificates do not represent guarantees of competency. - Ethical Use of Knowledge
Participants are expected to use the knowledge and materials gained from the program ethically and responsibly. FoW is not liable for misuse of this knowledge. - Final Provisions
These terms are effective unless deviations are agreed in writing. Individual agreements take precedence over these general terms.
Additional Provisions
- Force Majeure: FoW is not liable for failures or delays in service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to be valid and enforceable.
