Sessions run live in small groups for 1 to 2 hours. Typical slots are Monday at 17:00 CET and/or Tuesday or Thursday lunchtime CET. Some sessions are pure co-working; others are themed, covering everything from automation and AI workflows to what is working best for people like us. Every member follows a clear path, with room to experiment and collaborate.

Most members prefer a bi-weekly cadence and packages are designed for that. But if you have the time and want to accelerate, you are more than welcome to join weekly, subject to seat availability. We always offer a minimum number of seats per session plus a 20% buffer based on cohort size, so you can pick the cadence that works for you.

Absolutely. Many members build both. Back-office tools like offer generators, RFP analyzers, note-taking workflows, and documentation assistants are common starting points. But members also build client-facing products: onboarding agents, practice bots, coaching support tools, and AI-powered assistants their clients interact with directly. If you want to power parts of your offering with AI, that is very much part of what we do here.

Not much. A Plus or Pro subscription to your favourite AI chatbot is the baseline — everything else we will review and work on together based on your specific needs. Typically you can expect to build a suite of 2 to 3 core AI tools at a total cost of no more than $50 per month, often less. You may also want an automation tool such as Zapier or Make, depending on what you are building. One more thing: because you will likely be experimenting a lot, you may occasionally need to top up your AI chatbot credits when you run out and do not want to wait for the monthly reset. Unless you are doing very heavy experimenting, this should not exceed $30 per month, and it will not happen every month.

No worries at all. All sessions are recorded so you can catch up at your own pace. You can also post your questions in the community and get them answered even if you were not in the room.

You do not need to be technical. This is human-first. You will use AI to enhance what you already do, no coding, no complex tool stacks. Everything is step by step and practical.
