Karin brings more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, leadership development and organizational transformation in international organizations, including as Head of Leadership, Coaching & Learning at Deloitte Switzerland and Global Head of Capability Development for General Insurance at Zurich Insurance. She works at the intersection of AI, leadership and team performance, helping leaders strengthen judgment, coach teams through change and translate AI potential into practical ways of working. Karin and I have worked together since 2008; today we are business partners on AI x Leadership topics.

Micha is a certified coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Her work focuses on team development, executive and career coaching, and resilience, with SIGNIFIND’s Resilience Intelligence Model: staying connected to yourself, feeling well and keeping relationships healthy at work. Before coaching, she spent more than 20 years in marketing with leading international corporations, most recently as Brand Marketing Director. Micha and I have worked together on leadership and AI literacy projects since 2022, and she started her own AI journey with me.

Martina is a global people executive, leadership advisor and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in leading international professional services firms. She combines strategy consulting experience at McKinsey with executive leadership as Chief People Officer of PwC Switzerland, where she led a Human Capital function of about 150 people, shaped the people strategy for a 4,000-person organization and served on the Swiss Extended Management Board. She helps senior executives and leadership teams strengthen their impact, shape culture and lead complex transformation, including AI-enabled HR.

Hannes supports managing directors in the DACH region in understanding, designing and implementing AI strategically. He brings more than 15 years in transformation and leadership development and now works as an AI strategy consultant, mainly for SMEs. With the AI Design Sprint® he gets to decision-ready use cases quickly, and he guides implementation with the SOURCE™ framework, which he and his co-founder developed in 2024. His approach is human-in-the-loop: AI should relieve and develop people, not replace them, so teams are involved in the implementation and AI use stays in line with the EU AI Act and GDPR.

Katja Böttcher

Katja has more than 25 years of experience in law, financial investigation and compliance. She started in tax consulting at KPMG, headed a financial investigation unit at fedpol, the Swiss Federal Office of Police, and then managed large international legal and compliance projects at the law firm Lalive. Today she is Partner and CEO of Beyondlegal, founded in 2019, which helps legal and compliance departments into the future and fosters cultural change in the legal world. She guides process analysis, digitalization and the implementation of new technologies, and lectures at HSLU Lucerne.

Beate is an international CFO, COO and transformation leader with more than 20 years of leadership across UBS, SIX, Climate Arc and Physik Instrumente, and today founder of BvLB Advisory. As Group CFO of Physik Instrumente, a €360m manufacturer with 1,900 people, she led its acquisition by HOERBIGER from readiness to closing. She co-authored The Liquid Organization and works with corporate leaders whose operating models have to keep pace with faster decisions, shifting roles and AI.
