Behind the scenes: the best tool for slides
Slides take hours you do not have, and it is hard to know which tool is worth your time. I put the same outline into Claude Design, Gamma and my own system and show you what each one does with it.

The time it takes
“I would rather work on what to say than on how it looks.”
You build your slides in Canva or PowerPoint and it takes forever. The time goes into the layout, and the thinking comes last.
The slides you cannot find
“I know I made these slides before. Where are they?”
You lose time searching for old slides in some folder, or you build them again and find the old ones later.
The tool you cannot choose
“Every tool promises to save me time. Which one is actually worth it?”
Testing them all costs the very hours you are trying to save. So you stay with what you know, or you put the topic off.

Building slides still takes most of us far longer than it should. I build my own slides with AI, so I run the experiment in front of you: the same outline goes into each tool, and we look at what comes out. You leave knowing which way of building slides fits how you work.

Who I am
Hi, I'm Elena.
I spent more than twenty years in transformation consulting and people development, and I am a Certified Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). Since 2023 I have used AI in my own business every day. I am an avid user, builder and explorer myself, and I help coaches, consultants and trainers do the same.
For years I built decks as a consultant, with strong storylines and slides I had thought through down to the last detail. As a solo business owner I no longer have the time for that, so I tried AI for slides. At first it was a disaster. Beautiful.ai was okay, but the slides were never professional enough, and it took me longer than building them by hand in PowerPoint or Canva. Gamma was the real change: my brand, tidy slides in one look, nicer and faster than simple slides in Canva or PowerPoint. I used it for a year. Claude Design is great for ideas, but finishing a whole deck with it always took me far too long. Then I built my own system.
In this session I show you how the three compare, first-hand: what works, what costs time, and where I would not use it.
