Free 5-day challenge · July 13–17

Stop automating with AI. Start augmenting your thinking.

Five thinking agents. Five days. A thinking system you own.

What you walk away with

  • Five working AI agents, one per day
  • Prompts you own and keep
  • Deployable in whichever AI-Chatbot you use

The promise

Not to do more. To think better.

Most AI advice tells you to use it faster — more emails, more posts, more content. This challenge is different.

Over 5 days, you’ll build a small system of AI agents designed not to do more, but to think better. With my support. Each agent plays a specific role: questioning your assumptions, surfacing your intuition, stress-testing your plans, building your conviction, opening new options.

By Friday, you’ll have five working agents you can use on any decision in your business — and a different relationship with AI than you started with.

What you’ll build

Five agents, one per day.

Each built on a thinking mode from Edward De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats:

Day 1 White Hat

The Fact Auditor

Separates what you actually know from what you’ve been assuming.

Paste in a plan or claim and it walks through each statement, sorting hard evidence from assumption and flagging what still needs verifying.

Use it on a proposal or pitch you’re about to send.

Day 2 Red Hat

The Gut-Check Interviewer

Surfaces the intuition you keep talking yourself out of.

Asks you a short series of questions about a decision, then reflects back the instinct you keep overriding.

Use it on an offer or direction you feel unsure about.

Day 3 Black Hat

The Devil’s Advocate

Stress-tests your plan before reality does.

Argues the strongest honest case against your plan and names the failure modes before they cost you.

Use it on a launch or commitment you’re about to make.

Day 4 Yellow Hat

The Case Builder

Builds conviction so you stop sitting on good ideas.

Assembles the most credible case for an idea you’ve been sitting on, so you can decide and move.

Use it on a project you keep postponing.

Day 5 Green Hat

The Lateral Thinker

Generates options you haven’t considered.

Takes one starting point and generates adjacent and unexpected options you hadn’t mapped yet.

Use it on a problem where you only see one path.

You’ll leave with the agents themselves, deployable in whichever AI-Chatbot you already use.

How it works

Short video in. Real work out.

Each morning Monday through Friday, you’ll get a short video (10–15 minutes) in your inbox. Elena walks you through that day’s agent — what it does, why it matters, how to build it.

Then you’ll spend 15–30 minutes putting it to work on something you’re already doing — a sales page, an offer, a decision you’ve been circling. Real work, not theory.

A small community space runs alongside for sharing what you’re building. On Friday, we wrap with a live Q&A where Elena answers anything, and we’ll see how the five agents work together as a system.

  • —Mon July 13 – Fri July 17, 2026
  • —30–45 min per day
  • —Pre-recorded videos, watch on your time
  • —Community access during the challenge
  • —Live Q&A Friday afternoon (recording available)
  • —Works in Claude, ChatGPT, or pretty much any AI-Chatbot you use

Who this is for

Honest about the fit.

This is for you if

  • You’re a solopreneur coach/consultant, or boutique firm owner
  • You’re already using AI but feel like you’re scratching the surface
  • You want better thinking, not just faster output
  • You’re willing to bring real work to the challenge

This isn’t for you if

  • You want “10 ChatGPT prompts to grow your business”
  • You’re looking for fully automated systems that replace you
  • You want technical or coding-heavy content
  • You don’t have an existing business to apply this to yet

About

Elena Jäger

I’m Elena, global transformation consultant and coach turned solopreneur. I run small-cohort AI programs for solopreneurs coaches, and boutique consultancies on integrating AI into how they work, without losing what makes them unique.

I built this small training series because I keep watching smart people use AI as a faster typewriter or a Google alternative — when what they actually need is better thinking. The five agents we’ll build are the foundation of that.

A note of honesty

A note about what happens on Day 5.

On the final day, after we build the Agent 5, I’ll tell you about my AI programs. It’s the deeper version of what we’ll be doing in the challenge — not five separate agents, but a connected thinking system tailored to your work.

You don’t have to join any of my paid programs to be allowed to participate in this training. Take what you’ve built in the challenge — the agents, the prompts, the new way of working with AI — and apply it. That’s a complete experience on its own.

But if it fits, you’ll know. And I’ll make sure it’s easy to find out.

Questions

Good to know.

When does the challenge start?

Monday July 13, 2026. Day 1 lands in your inbox at 09:00 a.m. CEST (or your equivalent local time, wherever you are).

How much time per day?

Plan for 30–45 minutes — 10–15 min of video, 15–30 min on the exercise. The exercises use work you’re already doing, so it’s not extra work, it’s a different way of doing the work you have.

What if I miss a day?

All videos stay live for 30 days after the challenge ends. You can catch up at your own pace.

Do I need AI experience?

Some helps. If you’ve used ChatGPT or Claude even a few times, you’re ready. We’ll cover what an “agent” is on Day 1, so don’t worry if that word is fuzzy.

Which AI tool do I need?

Whichever one you already use. I’ll demo in Claude, but the agents work in ChatGPT custom GPTs, LangDock, or any AI platform. The prompt is the agent — the platform is just where you put it.

Five days. Five agents. A system you own.

Mon July 13 – Fri July 17. It’s free.

No spam. You’ll get challenge updates, the videos, and a few launch-week emails. Unsubscribe anytime.
