Stop automating with AI. Start augmenting your thinking.
Six AI agents. Five days.
A thinking system you own.
What you walk away with
- Six AI agents, built across four days
- Prompts you own and keep
- Deployable in whichever AI-Chatbot you use
The promise
Not to do more. To think better.
Most AI advice tells you to use it faster: more emails, more posts, more content. This challenge is different.
Over 5 days, you’ll build a small system of AI agents designed not to do more, but to think better. With my support. Each agent plays a specific role: questioning your assumptions, surfacing your intuition, stress-testing your plans, building your conviction, opening new options.
By Friday, you’ll have six AI agents you can use on any decision in your business, and a different relationship with AI than you started with.
What you’ll build
Six agents across four days.
Each built on a thinking mode from Edward De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats:
The Fact Auditor
Separates what you actually know from what you’ve been assuming.
The Gut-Check Interviewer + The Idea Opener
Two agents, used in sequence. Red surfaces the intuition you keep rationalising away. Green follows: given that gut signal, what options haven’t you considered?
The Devil’s Advocate + The Case Builder
De Bono’s paired opposites, used together on the same plan. Black stress-tests it. Yellow champions it. A plan evaluated by only one side isn’t properly evaluated.
The Conductor
The agent that sequences the others. You give it a topic or decision; it guides you through your agents in the right order. Five separate tools become one thinking system.
You’ll leave with six AI agents you own: prompts deployable in whichever AI tool you already use, plus a conductor that sequences them as a system.
How it works
Short video in. Real work out.
Each morning Monday through Thursday, you’ll get a short video in your inbox. Elena walks you through that day’s agent: what it does, why it matters, how to build it.
Day 1 and Day 4 are solo agents (10–15 min). Days 2 and 3 each cover two paired agents in sequence (15–20 min). Plan for 30–45 minutes per day including the exercise.
The exercises use work you’re already doing: a sales page, a plan you’re about to execute, a decision you’ve been circling. Real work, not theory.
A small community space runs alongside the challenge for sharing what you’re building and seeing what others are doing with theirs.
On Friday, we wrap with a live Q&A. No new content. Just Elena, live, answering anything. Friday is specifically for anyone sitting with the question of whether AI Lab is right for them. Come with your real questions. (Recording available if you can’t make it live.)
- –Mon July 13 – Thu July 16: content videos (4 total)
- –Fri July 17: live Q&A (no new video)
- –30–45 min per day (Mon–Thu)
- –6 agents built across 4 days
- –Works in Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI tool you use
- –Community access during the challenge
- –Live Q&A Friday (recording available)
Who this is for
Honest about the fit.
This is for you if
- You’re a solopreneur coach/consultant, or boutique firm owner
- You’re already using AI but feel like you’re scratching the surface
- You want better thinking, not just faster output
- You’re willing to bring real work to the challenge
This isn’t for you if
- You want “10 ChatGPT prompts to grow your business”
- You’re looking for fully automated systems that replace you
- You want technical or coding-heavy content
- You don’t have an existing business to apply this to yet
About
I’m Elena, global transformation consultant and coach turned solopreneur. I run small-cohort AI programs for solopreneurs coaches, and boutique consultancies on integrating AI into how they work, without losing what makes them unique.
I built this small training series because I keep watching smart people use AI as a faster typewriter or a Google alternative, when what they actually need is better thinking. The six agents we’ll build are the foundation of that.
A note of honesty
A note about what happens on the final day.
On the final day of content, Thursday, I’ll tell you about AI Lab, my paid programme. Friday is live Q&A, specifically for anyone sitting with the question of whether it’s right for them.
You don’t have to join. Take what you’ve built (the agents, the prompts, the new way of working with AI) and use them. That’s a complete experience on its own.
But if it fits, you’ll know. And I’ll make it easy to find out.
Questions
Good to know.
When does the challenge start?
Monday July 13, 2026. Day 1 lands in your inbox at 09:00 a.m. CEST (or your equivalent local time, wherever you are).
How much time per day?
Plan for 30–45 minutes Monday through Thursday: a short video (10–20 min depending on the day) plus the exercise. Friday is live Q&A only, no new content. Attend live or watch the recording.
What if I miss a day?
All videos stay live until 2 August, EOD CEST. You can catch up at your own pace. Friday’s live Q&A will also be recorded and shared with all registrants.
Do I need AI experience?
Some helps. If you’ve used ChatGPT or Claude even a few times, you’re ready. We’ll cover what an “agent” is on Day 1, so don’t worry if that word is fuzzy.
Which AI tool do I need?
Whichever one you already use. Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, Langdock Business, it’s up to you. But note: free versions typically won’t work.
