It's Christmas time and I wanted to take a moment to pause and send you warm wishes for the holidays.

What a year it's been.

In the AI world, we've seen extraordinary shifts. Tools that didn't exist a year ago are now reshaping how we ideate, create and get our work done. It's been exhilarating, overwhelming, and endlessly fascinating all at once. Agents are no longer a thing for just techies, vibe coding is real and it works and my list of things to test is longer than ever.

For me personally, this year has been one of growth and exploration. I've run multiple cohorts of my AI Discovery program, launched this newsletter five months ago, ran a pilot for dedicated deep dive sessions on specific topics, and spent countless hours preparing for what's ahead in 2026.

But here's what I didn't expect: you.

Over 2,000 of you now read this newsletter every week. Many of you take the time to respond with ideas, inspiration, questions, or simply to say thank you. That means more to me than you know. This community has become a source of energy and motivation I didn't anticipate when I hit "send" on that first edition.

So THANK YOU!! For reading, for engaging, for experimenting, and for being part of this journey with me.
