This week's edition might sting a little...

Join me for a short experiment? You won't regret it!

Ready? Let's go:

Scroll through LinkedIn for five minutes right now.

I'll wait.

AI workflows. Automation stacks. "I built this in Claude Code in 47 minutes." Founders proudly showing off systems that run their entire business while they sleep.

It looks impressive. It feels like everyone has figured something out that you haven't.

But here's the question nobody is asking: are they actually adding value for their business? Like getting more clients? Like increasing profitability? And how reliable is what they built in the first place? Does it really work beyond the initial mock-up?

In most cases the honest answer is NO.

Let me introduce you to two kinds of people I know well.

Person A comes to me with a list. They want their lead generation fully automated, their content scheduled, their emails sequenced, their invoices sorted. They want the whole thing running on autopilot.

One problem: their business is far away from being big enough to justify the amount of time and money it would take to build stable and compliant AI-powered automations.

Basically, they're building a Formula 1 pit stop for a car that isn't racing.

Person B has a ChatGPT subscription (nothing wrong with that). They use it to brainstorm ideas and draft their posts. They feel good about it. They tell people they "use AI in their business."

But nothing has really changed. Their process is the same. Their results are the same. Real AI value? Not really.

Sound familiar? Most coaches and consultants I meet are one of these two people.

Here's what I actually believe:

AI is a shiny object unless you have clarity on how to use it, and where.

Not clarity in theory. Clarity in practice. Knowing which part of your business AI can genuinely accelerate, and which parts still need you, your judgment, your relationships, your thinking.

That's the whole premise of this newsletter.

You bring the insight. AI brings the horsepower. The magic is in knowing how to combine the two, not in having the latest tool suite, the most automations, or the coolest home-built apps.

The coaches and consultants who are actually moving forward aren't automating everything. They're being intentional. They've identified one or two places where AI creates real leverage, and they've gone deep there.

That's it. That's the edge.

And to help you define that edge, I've got something for you.

I'm opening 5 slots for a free 45-minute AI Clarity Audit. Just you and me, tailored to your needs, no sales-pitch.

How it works?

Select a slot, answer a few questions to help me prepare and join me when the time comes.

Be quick, the offer goes to my full mailing list tomorrow.

Speak soon and til then, keep experimenting with intention,

Elena

Why Building AI Agents Felt Surprisingly Familiar
⏱️ Read time: ~3 min A few weeks ago, I did something I'd been putting off for a while. I spent 4 days heads-down, learning how to design and build multi-agentic AI solutions. The kind where multiple AI agents work together, hand off tasks to each other, and collaborate to get things done. I expected it to feel very technical, very foreign for someone without a tech background. It didn't. It fe...
Yes, I Switched Tools. Here's Why I'm Not Sorry.
⏱️ Read time: ~2 min You caught me. At one of my recent webinars, someone asked: "Why are you tool-hopping?" I had just mentioned I'd moved from ChatGPT Plus to Langdock as my main AI platform. Fair question. I'm the person who tells coaches and consultants to stop chasing shiny objects, to use what they have, and to use it well. So let me be transparent about what happened, and why I thi...
Behind the Scenes: What a Long-Haul Flight (and No Internet) Taught Me About  Myself & AI
⏱️ Read time: ~2 min Last week, there I was, somewhere over the Atlantic, workshop prep open in front of me, a full to-do list and… no reliable internet. Worse, I'd made a rookie mistake: I hadn't checked that my locally hosted AI instance had a suitable model loaded before boarding. So it was just me, my laptop, and my brain. A bit old school, pre-2022... no AI to assist me.  I needed to fine-...
